Managing forecast bias in PowerChain Planner

PowerChain Planner 6.0 introduced new ways to use Planner's ability to calculate forecast bias to control the calculation of forecast error COV. Forecast bias can also now be displayed in the item demand characterization component in the Planner user interface. We've written a knowledgebase article that answers several questions about the calculation, display, configuration, and impact of forecast bias in PowerChain Planner. The article is located at http://community.optiant.com/node/167.

All of the documents have been updated for version 6.1. One big change is that we have merged the three separate installation guides into a single PowerChain 6.1 Installation Guide, which should make it easier to follow the entire process when you have both PowerChain Inventory and PowerChain Planner to install or upgrade.
